1. Program Overview
The TTP Campus Ambassador Program is a student representation network created by TheTurksonPhotography to strengthen its presence across the University of Ghana. The program recruits student representatives from departments, halls, hostels, and campus churches to serve as ambassadors within their communities.
Ambassadors help promote photography services, coordinate photography activities, and connect students and organizations with the photography team. Through this network, TheTurksonPhotography aims to effectively document campus stories and provide accessible professional photography services to students and campus communities.
2. Program Objectives
- Build a strong student network across the University of Ghana.
- Promote photography services and projects organized by TheTurksonPhotography.
- Improve coordination of photography activities across departments, halls, hostels, and church communities.
- Create opportunities for students to gain leadership and networking experience.
- Ensure efficient communication between campus communities and the photography team.
3. Ambassador Coverage Structure
Ambassadors will be selected from three major areas:
Department Representatives
Each academic department may have at least one representative. Responsibilities include:
- Promoting matriculation and graduation photography sessions.
- Sharing official booking links.
- Coordinating departmental group photos.
- Informing students about photography opportunities.
Hall and Hostel Representatives
Each hall or major hostel may have at least one representative. Responsibilities include:
- Promoting portrait sessions.
- Organizing group photography sessions.
- Informing residents about projects.
- Assisting with coordination during large events.
Campus Church Representatives
Each campus church or fellowship may have at least one representative. Responsibilities include:
- Promoting photography services for church programs.
- Coordinating photography coverage for church activities.
- Connecting the photography team with church leaders.
- Informing church members about available opportunities.
4. Ambassador Responsibilities
- Promote photography services and projects.
- Share official announcements and booking info.
- Assist with coordinating participants during events.
- Help organize group photography sessions.
- Serve as a communication link between communities and the photography team.
- Represent TheTurksonPhotography positively and professionally.
5. Ambassador Benefits

6. Eligibility Requirements
- Registered student at the University of Ghana.

7. Selection Process
Students complete the official application form. Applications are reviewed based on campus involvement, communication ability, network strength, and reliability. Selected applicants may be contacted for confirmation.
8. Professional Conduct Policy
Ambassadors must maintain professionalism, respect clients and students, and avoid any behavior damaging the reputation of TheTurksonPhotography. Violations may lead to removal.
9. Representation Policy
Ambassadors represent TheTurksonPhotography and must communicate accurately. Unauthorized commitments or financial promises are prohibited. All official information must be shared as provided.
10. Promotion Guidelines
- Promote via department WhatsApp groups, hall/hostel channels, church platforms, or personal social media.
- Promotion must remain respectful and professional.
- Avoid spamming or aggressive marketing.
11. Participation Expectations
Ambassadors are expected to actively participate in promoting photography activities and assist with coordination during major events. Inactivity may lead to replacement.
12. Dismissal Policy
Ambassadors may be removed for misconduct, misrepresentation, inactivity, or policy violations. Decisions are made by program coordinators.
13. Program Duration
Ambassadors serve for one academic year. Active ambassadors may be reappointed based on performance.
14. Program Outcome
Students gain leadership experience, expand networks, and contribute to documenting campus life. The program strengthens connections between campus communities and TheTurksonPhotography.
